4. Data Retention & International Transfers

Because our partner clinics operate in Turkey, your inquiry data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey. We ensure that our partner clinics adhere to rigorous confidentiality standards and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), which aligns with European GDPR principles.

We retain inquiry information only for as long as necessary to fulfill coordination services, typically up to 24 months, after which records are securely archived or deleted upon request.
